Instructor-Led Training

Executive Overview (4 hours)

This course provides executives with a basic working knowledge of DataDrill. The course walks managers through the tasks needed to configure a project, establish targets and plans, update data and generate reports. An overview of supporting concepts including security, navigation and data collection, allow the attendee to understand the entire DataDrill operation. This course is designed for new users of DataDrill.

Power User Course (2 ½ days)

This course is an intensive and in-depth course designed for DataDrill power users and administrators. This course covers all aspects of DataDrill from installation to configuration and trouble shooting. The student will walk through all phases of project setup and configuring data collection. This course contains numerous hands-on workshops to reinforce each concept.

Web-Based Training

The available Web-based training courses are listed below. The Web-based course structure allows self-directed, self-paced instruction. The format is highly effective in delivering interactive training to meet individual needs so that you extract maximum value from your investment in implementing and using DataDrill.

Upon completion of this course, you will:

• Understand the benefits of using dashboards for managing performance
• Be familiar with the components of DataDrill EXPRESS and how they work together
• Know how to log in to the DataDrill EXPRESS Portal
• Be familiar with the parts of the DataDrill EXPRESS Portal and how to navigate them
• Be ready to learn how to use the Portal's Status tab to review status

Reviewing Status

Updating Plan and Progress Information

XPRESS and teaches users about the different places in EXPRESS that plan and progress information can be entered and updated manually.

Pre-requisites - Introduction to DataDrill EXPRESS, Reviewing and Reporting Status

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

• Understand what information is updated automatically and what information can be updated manually
• Use the EXPRESS Planning Wizard to manually establish plans and update re-plans
• Enter and update progress information for graph series that are not updated as part of automated data collections
• Enter and update forms data and status
• Enter and update contextual analysis notes
