Distributive
Management provides a range of DataDrill Services for both DataDrill
Integrated and DataDrill EXPRESS to assist our customers in achieving
an efficient application of the DataDrill software as part of their
performance measurement goals.
Our approach and expertise extends over all aspects of performance
measurement, including deploying performance and project measurement
programs, establishing process improvement initiatives, rolling
out dashboard management tools, setting up compliance monitoring
and building strategic scorecard goals. We employ methods based
on the latest standards and best-practices, as well as, our practical
experience gained from working with leading companies around the
world and from many industry sectors.
Our DataDrill Services are tailored to the needs of the individual
customer and are organized into three categories: migration support
services, enhancement services and consulting services.
Migration Services
Migration services provide a means for the customer to use Distributive
Management employees and resources when converting (or migrating)
from existing measurement data repositories and tools to DataDrill.
Migration services, when necessary, are highly dependent on the
organization and environment of the customer.
Enhancement Services
Enhancement Services provide a mechanism for customers to have Distributive
Management apply resources to the development and implementation
of organization-specific features or functions within the DataDrill
suite of products. All Distributive Management enhancement services
are firm, fixed-priced contracts.
Consulting
Services
Consulting services are provided to give customers direct access
to Distributive Management's measurement, process improvement, management
and development expertise for use within their business environment.
Distributive Management provides consulting on a fixed-price or
hourly basis for any consulting requirements.
